Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for market talent searching and recruiting activities to align with people strategy.
  • Provide all perspectives staffing support to support the business strategic plan.
  • Responsible for initiating and managing all HR-related projects, including C&B, performance management, and L&D fields.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Responsible for the entire payroll, income tax, and social insurance operation process.
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with labor law.
  • Provide all necessary support and preparations for management meetings, including All Hands Meeting, Board Meeting, etc.
  • Responsible for office administration-related strategies and planning.
  • Requirements:

  • With over 5 years of HR full functions, a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting and payroll focus is a must.
  • With excellent two-way communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Strong influencing, execution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and result-oriented.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
  • With people management experience.
