Objectives

Responsible for the market comply with regulatory requirements and homologate in time for sale. Having a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and demonstrated experience in vehicle compliance. This role also involves the ability to liaise with the local authorities to solve safety and compliance issues.

Main Activities

1. Ensure New Vehicle followed the regulations of Homologation and compliance

2. Manage all regulations from relevant authorities, such as MoTC, EPA, BoE, VSCC, ITRI, ARTC, and so on.

3. Manage Homologation documentation: archiving, consolidation and regular checks

4. Monitor and document FAS (Fleet Average Standard) and CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) for CO2 compliance and regular reporting.

5. Managing post-market documentation according to regulations (reporting) including recalls.

6. Collaborate with the teams in interpretating and filling compliance demonstrations.
