This role is responsible for creating, managing, and implementing Events & Clientelling for Chanel High End Jewelry and Watches through communicating Chanel’s ultimate luxury image and legitimacy in high end jewelry and watches, as well as elevating client experience/engagement at all touchpoints

Key Responsibilities

PLANNING & CLIENTELLING MANAGEMENT
  • Build & orchestrate Ultimate luxury client strategy to achieve specific business goals in overall High End business including High Jewelry and High End Watches
  • Own and drive the curation of immersive client journey at all touch points including external and in-boutique events, overseas trips for clients
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders on ideas generation; create, adapt or finetune tools and concepts to make local client experience relevant and impactful
  • Design distinctive 1-1 client journey to build extraordinary customer experience for the top client segment, surpassing their expectations all the times
  • Be the key driver for any overseas trip for clients – establish unique and ultimate luxury experience echoing the storytelling of every collection. Support the retail team in client pampering during the trip
  • Review data on High End Clients constantly, share learnings & recommendations to Retail team
  • Align and collaborate closely with the VIC Experience team to ensure cohesive and impactful client experience across divisions, especially with Fashion
CLIENT EVENT MANAGEMENT
  • Define relevant event format in line with business strategies: client activities/ events in boutique or external venues
  • Set clear objectives for each event and work on planning of the event with relevant parties at Global and Local levels
  • Design a variety of client activities/events according to target segment objectives, to drive recruitment & loyalisation, and across all High Jewelry and High End Watches launches
  • Coordinate with all local experts and stakeholders to orchestrate the plan (VM, merchandising, retail teams): influence and drive project to reach common goals
  • Analyze and share event results / learnings with all experts and stakeholders at local and global levels
  • Be responsible for the negotiation of production budget with vendors to maximize the investment for top quality production
  • Collaborate with the Communication team to facilitate smooth operation of press activities
Person Specifications
  • Degree holder, ideally in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, preferably with exposure to high-end watches & jewelry clientele
  • Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, craftmanship and ultimate luxury
  • Creative, innovative and collaborative thinker
  • Client-centric with a drive for high quality and to constantly exceed expectations
  • Strong organization skills and ability to deliver exceptional work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate with a wide array of stakeholders and effectively navigating different work dynamics, with a track record in leading teams (without direct authority) towards success
  • Experience in budget and vendor management
