Its activities span from engaging in scientific research in Applied Science to delivering Molecular and Centralized diagnostics. Additionally, the company offers Near Patient Testing services for clinical laboratories and hospitals, along with specialized solutions for professional Diabetes Care.

Job Description

  • Value added proposal: Co-create the solution proposal with internal teams. Combining with the new information technology and local market approach strategies, structuring the solution proposal including the solution installation and change management plans if necessary.
  • On-Boarding New Customer Sites: Handle the onboarding of new customer sites by working with your assigned project team, collaborating with external integration partners, the internal software engineering team, and the clinical and technical teams at the customer sites.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with new customer sites to develop project plans, including schedules, risk management, and communication plans. Monitor and control project execution leveraging standard project tools such as meeting minutes, status reports, issues logs, and good change management practices. Forecast and follow-through on established project plans.
  • Leadership: Play a critical role leading project teams through difficult challenges and obstacles by coordinating practical, creative solutions. Enable a culture that values technical excellence together with support for individuals.
  • Customer success: Serve as an advocate for your customers in driving the

improvement and evolution of our products and services by bringing thoughtful

feedback back to the RIS team. Provide application services for customers on

the use of RIS products. Shape the future roadmap of the business by

investigating new technology, accessing competitors and ensure that our digital

capabilities are always ahead and at the forefront.

  • Travel: Travel (up to 50%) to customer or Roche sites to support business

needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare informatics domain (eg. EMR,

LIS, HIS or PACS);

  • Must have strong project management experience and qualifications,

including proven experience leading project teams. Proven ability to

develop, forecast, and follow-through on well-defined project plans;

  • Must have knowledge of Healthcare IT integration standards is

essential. Eg. HL7 & FHIR;

  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skill is essential;
  • Excellent communicator - able to speak with stakeholders and

customers to explain technology and solutions. Proven ability to take

insights from customers and translate them into technical deliverables;

  • Strong Knowledge of Hospital network, IT security, Data privacy &

Healthcare IT Regulatory will be an added advantage;

  • Good to have successfully deployed and supported enterprise-scale,

web applications in the cloud;

  • Good to Have experience collaborating with external partners;
