Job Description

• To manage and lead Cluster tax function and to take accountability and responsibility to ensure that all tax aspects of all operations of the entities in the scope are in line with Global tax strategy, operational framework and compliance standards
• This position is also responsible to pro-actively identify opportunities to improve tax efficiencies within the Cluster in line with Global Tax strategy and economic activities of the entities.
• This position is responsible to fully coordinate international tax angles of company’s business model in the cluster including BD activity, developments in RRP, GSC operations and other business model developments in the cluster markets/factories
• To lead and coordinate tax audits in the cluster and be the main point of contact for the external consultants
• To ensure cooperation between Global Tax and Finance, Factory and other local functions
• To workclosely with Global Team to align on market treasury strategies, included but not limited to, capital structure, funding requirements, cash repatriation and credit management
• To lead and manage tax team and ensure team development
  

The Successful Applicant

• At least 7 years of experience in International taxes in a Big four or in the business in the similar position.
• Big 4 CPA firm from Tax team are welcome to apply
