Summary / Purpose Of The Position

To be accountable for Business & Commercial Excellence initiatives alongside local digital/omnichannel strategy & execution in Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau. Through proactive leadership, ownership & cross functional collaboration, support all customer engaging teams in delivering on their business objectives & integrating global & regional initiatives, to best support Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau.

Main Responsibilities / Job Expectations

  • Leadership
  • As a key member of the Leadership Team, support the identification and prioritization of transformation of SBE programs that challenge and reshape the organization to deliver on its evolving objectives.
  • Work to educate and challenge key functions to optimize competitiveness and customer engagement
  • Act as a subject matter expert for delivering strategies and solutions that will ensure a progressive and successful organization.
  • Provide leadership to the Business & Commercial Excellence team, supporting, coaching, and enabling them for personal and professional growth and success.
  • Alongside the General Manger & Finance Head be accountable for the overall annual planning process, with specific responsibility for coordinating the operational CBOP planning cycle.
  • Business Excellence
  • Through effective collaboration across the business, lead, guide & assist all functions to raise the standards of their business and commercial excellence activities, including metrics, analysis, and subsequent action delivery.
  • Work with L&D Administrator to build robust & compliant processes, systems & documentation that support the delivery of key programs aligned with other functions.
  • Ensure the highest standards of Business Intelligence, sales, and market analysis, reporting and communication.
  • Work with the Commercial and Medical teams to analyze & guide the customer experience journey, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting, reporting, and tracking of KPI’s.
  • Ensure the maximum value is obtained from the CRM system and identify needed resources to improve its effectiveness
  • Digital & Omnichannel
  • Be a key agent of change for raising the standards of digital & omnichannel strategy and execution in the cluster leading to increased customer engagement.
  • Drive the establishment & ongoing evolution of digital capabilities and infrastructure in the cluster, identifying and establishing the processes, systems, documentation, and resources needed.
  • Grow our digital connectedness both internally and across external platforms. Build a strong digital presence and identity for the cluster.
  • Lead & co-ordinate with global & regional resources, to deliver a local AI strategy & support the subsequent program delivery.

Knowledge, Abilities & Experience

  • Education / Certifications:
  • Scientific or Business Degree
  • Ideally – Business qualification e.g., MBA or certificate
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in leading teams
  • Commercial pharma experience as a business unit director, sales & marketing leader or equivalent in addition to business & customer excellence experience.
  • Strong knowledge of and deployment experience in Commercial Excellence area (SFE, CRM, IQVIA)
  • Proven skills to collaborate and influence at LT level
  • Specialty care (ideally oncology/rare disease) experience
  • Languages:
  • Mandarin & English required.
