Head of Bioloics Discovery

Jobinhalt

· Reponsible for establishing strategy for the development of antibody and antibody-drug candidate (ADC)

· Work closely with CSO on forming strategic plan to develop next generation candidates

· Identification of potential targets for antibody development

· Up stream process of antibody development includes antibody construct design/engineering, characterization and production to evaluate the drugability of the antibody.

· Down stream process of antibody development includes cell line development, clone selection, and identification of top clones with high titer for antibody production to evaluate the developability of the antibody.

· Conduct mechanism of action studies to explore potentail interactions of multiple targets

· Conduct in vivo study to evaluate the antitumor efficacy of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that derived from the antibody developed

Position Responsibilities

· Supervise mutiple functional teams and provide strategic guidance for the teams

· Ensure cross functional collaborations within the department as well as with other departments

· Execute the projects efficiently and make sure the objectives are delivered in a timely fashion

· Serve as team lead for antibody and antibody-derived drug discovery, engineering, early antibody process development, and characterization of the activity for candidate drug selection.

· Serve as team lead for CRO selection on antibody discovery that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Support antibody manufacturing CDMO selection.

· Take responsibility on tech transfer of antibody upstream process development protocol for manufacturing.

Support document preparation for IND application.

Degree &ExperienceRequirements

· PhD with oncology and/or immunology related science background with experience on antibody and antibody-derived drug discovery and development.

· Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience on antibody drug discovery experience
