Responsibilities

• 負責玩美移動在全球市場的數位廣告投放與優化 (熟悉Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin ads尤佳)，穩定導入新客群
• 針對全球市場分析、鎖定目標用戶制定短中長期的行銷、廣告投放策略與全球各分公司合作，執行廣告與行銷策略的在地化
• 分析產品優勢以及市場需求，企劃SEM投放關鍵字、文案溝通策略、視覺傳達規劃、競價策略以及再行銷規劃。
• 監控、分析與優化廣告成效，透過A/B testing達到廣告最佳化

• Plan and execute digital ads, manage ad accounts and generate insightful reports.
• Participate in visual content and ad copy creation.
• Implement, track and optimize SEM campaigns align with business goals with different types of Ad products.
• Plan and execute A/B testing to find the best practice for Perfect Corp’s business.
• Being constantly up-to-date with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn latest functionalities and adjustments to their algorithms.

Qualifications

• With 2yrs + experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM related
• Fluent level English and Mandarin
• With global market marketing experience is a big plus
• Proficient in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, Google Analytics will be a plus
