Job Mission

Plan, execute, and measure the success of our CRM and email marketing activities. You will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and sales revenue for our cutting-edge products. Your expertise in CRM will be instrumental in our digital marketing efforts. This position will be involved in strategy planning and operations of global CRM campaigns. Responsibilities include the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM email campaigns for HTC/ VIVE/ VIVERSE main product lines globally. This role is under the Global Marketing team at our HQ . You’ll have the opportunity to work with various departments within the company and co-work with regional teams in different markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for a robust email marketing program, including new initiatives and overall optimization.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and UI/UX designers on a timely delivery of materials and optimize email contents.
  • Set up and send email campaigns on schedule.
  • Manage A/B tests and maximize engagement and LTV.
  • Identify effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with the data and development teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Support various strategic programs through triggered nurturing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop loyalty program to drive engagement, and sales conversions through target customers’ journey.
  • Analyze reporting insights and industry benchmark to provide regular insights and optimization recommendations to achieve target KPIs.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of email campaigns and prioritize them based on business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to develop communication and creative strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Proficient in using CRM and email marketing platforms. Familiar with Marketo is a plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including analyzing data and drawing insights.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Enthusiastic, creative-thinking and self-motivated, with the ability to lead and manage projects proactively.
  • Demonstrate strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research, troubleshoot potential issues, and articulate problems with internal groups.
  • Experience with CDP is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for producing reports and presentations is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the consumer electronics and mobile phone and VR industry is a plus.
