1. Equipment procurement, sourcing, and order management.

2. Purchasing methodology and process flow improvement.

3. Delivery schedule management and fulfillment.

4. Procurement project management and implementation.

Job Responsibility

1. Purchase equipment, parts, and services that align with production rates.

2. Develop and manage worldwide suppliers’ partnership with leading sourcing and procurement.

3. Develop and manage commodity strategies and tactical plans; recommend changes in purchasing and material management policies as needed.

4. Delivers YOY (Year on Year) cost reduction projects, supplier consolidation, and contract negotiations.

5.Lead project related to TSMC supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT or Business related fields.

2. Proven track in project management is a plus.

3. Good English communication and negotiation skills.

4. Self-motivation and business oriented; a team player.
