Monthly meeting with CRM agency and follow up

Member behavior analysis

Plan and execute VIP preview and VVIP Party

GWP sourcing

CRM coop campaign

Omnichannel marketing support

CRM program routine operation and MOT monitoring and optimization

2023: CRM program revamp project

CSR:

CSR service planning

New NPO partner and opportunity searching

Join Bi-monthly Global Stewart Meeting

Service hour record and tracking

Maintain the sign-up page

LSM:

Wholesale SBS support (BTL - SMS, EDM)

Retail store support (BTL - SMS, EDM)

EC support (other than digital ad)

The Successful Applicant
