  • Respondsible for Taiwan & Hong Kong PC gaming key series.
  • Assist to develop key series PRO / G502 family growth plan, for fast growth and market share gain to inline with FY25 AOP targets.
  • Respondsible for key strategy/priority communication, community, marketing campaigns execution & review.
  • Work closely customers, account managers, agencies on all store creative, contents, product display and push all materials to channels. Support and manage all key marketing activities and deliver excellence execution according to plan, track results and review project performance with KPI.
  • Discover and analysis series potential growth opportunities from customer research, historical sales performance data, GFK market share and LOS online end user data.
  • Respondsible for key series digital ads plan, focus to drive traffic, recruit new users, covert target audiences and maxmise brand exposure to enhance brand health.
  • Respondsible for key series NPI launch, develop 360 marketing campaign with gaming ecosystem and work closely with sales team for develop GTM plan for execution. Track, review & follow up to match gate II target.
  • Monitor and track closely competition, proactively react to market to protect sales impacts and market share.
  • Drive gaming desktop solution to attach keyboard/headset to mice.
  • Design and execute CRM program, communicate with consumers and enhance loyalty and branding preference.
  • Manage internal/external social media and lead positive oral effective
  • Localize gaming materials from BG with coordination of creative agency to make sure high relevant adaptation with gamers.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5 years prior work experience (marketing communication related or category marketing is a plus)
  • 2 years prior experience in portfolio management, marketing campaign development and NPI launch
  • Strong data analysis skills and reporting ability in English
  • Strong advertising planning and direction skill
  • Strong MS Office software skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skill with teamwork spirit, and work well under pressure, and willing to challenge.
  • Passion about gaming, familiar with environment of eSports.
  • Act fast, think fast, able to work against time.
  • Think out of box.
