Job Description

Deliver key production KPIs to enable the business needs

• * Lead PDCA meeting drumbeat to deliver the mid-long term Supply Chain goal and masterplan.
• * Conduct Kaizen activities to eliminate losses and improve production results.
• * Lead TPM implementation in the factory.
  
  

Control the production cost to gain the maximum profit

• * Find losses in daily production to deliver lowest manufacturing cost possible.
• * Build capability to operate production with a lean manufacturing organization mindset.
• * Work on improving the efficiency of production process to improve the production yield.
  
  

Ensure production meets safety, quality and internal control requirements as a public listed company.

• * Ensure high of quality management program.
• * Ensure safety is the top priority in Production and keep the people safe.
  
  

Assist in the management of new product development processes

• * Provide comments & suggestions on production method, process, equipment, etc. before the new product development is finalized
  

The Successful Applicant

• Over 4+ years in Production Site rotation, familiar with FMCG/ OTC/ Healthcare Products Business Model is a plus
• Over 2+ years in Team Leadership (you will have 2 direct members and 40+ operators in total)
• Good to great level in English written
