Content & Responsibilities
  • Provide first-tear support to customers and Field CS Engineers by answering questions and providing workarounds
  • Provide second-tear support to customers and Field CS Engineers by maintaining issues in Frontline’s issues tracking mechanism and by facilitating communication between Frontline HQ teams and the field
  • Update R&D and Marketing teams on a regular basis on technical info from customers (clarify requests, supply relevant data, etc.)
  • Assist QA team in final testing of products versions, in particular by verifying fixes of customers’ issues
  • Lead and follow up Engineering implementation at customers
  • Provide basic and advanced training on Frontline Engineering products to customers and Field CS Engineers
  • Take part in preparation of training material on Frontline Engineering products
  • Support other CS/QA related activities at Frontline, as will be defined from time to time
