• Lead a production team and coordinate the internal and the external resources to ensure a safe and smooth operation of TiO2 manufacturing
• Guide and facilitate the activities of team in meeting and following key business determinants
• Develop high personal safety and health standards in each team member in a way that encourages involvement and gains their commitment so that all injuries and accidents are eliminated.
• Monitor process conditions and laboratory analysis to achieve the aim, and take corrective action where necessary.
• Control production cost, prevent off-quality production, maintain smooth process, and maximize productivity.
• Maintain effective employee relations in a way that develops skills and capabilities and treats people fairly and in accordance with Chemours policies
