Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• In accordance with day-to-day account payable transactions (both from Purchase Order-based and Non Purchase Order-based) and its terms and procedures, run the payment proposal to cashier for payment preparation, do the settlement on account payable in system.
• Assist in AP monthly closing activities, and work with local accounting team to make sure the accuracy on monthly AP balance.
• Reconcile with Inter-companies finance team for the AP balance monthly.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

• Work with local accounting team to enter the local invoice number and its VAT information, and then post the account receivable in system accordingly.
• Once get the cashier’s information for the incoming cash, apply to offset the account receivable accurately in system.
• Prepare the account receivable report to customers monthly and get customers’ alignment on the account receivable balance.
• Assist in AR monthly closing activities, and work with local accounting team to make sure the accuracy on monthly AR balance.
• Assist Finance manager for credit control management.
• Follow up the collection with customers for any outstanding balance.
• Reconcile with Inter-companies finance team for the AR balance monthly.
• Other assignments if any.

Requirements:

· University graduate in accounting or related discipline.

· At least 2 years working experience in finance/accounting field, preferred in multinational companies or CPA firms.

· Solid hands-on experience for daily accounting transactions is a must.

· Good command in English and Chinese.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· With share service center experience is a plus.
