Finance Manager - Supply Chain (Factory, Changhua)

A leading international business in FMCG industry is seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager-Supply Chain in Changhua Taiwan to support a large, complex business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure factory spending & capital spending regular planning and closing work with high compliance & high-quality analysis
• Support & enhance in-house & subcontractor cost optimization analysis
• Capital spending project identify verifying & tracking
• Analytical review of the Supply Chain financial statement, providing decision support and strategic analysis
• Support through the annual Supply Chain Budgeting Process
• Continuous drive process improvement and develop accepted standardized processes
• Support and improve financial analysis on future looking projects for all areas of the supply chain
• Co-work with Supply Chain dept., provide timely "make / buy" analysis for production planning to optimize cost
• Validate & review open book cost information and facilitate strategy elaboration on long term partnership model
• Ad-hoc analyses and projects
  

Key Requirements

• Fluent English
• Good experience to lead a team size of 5 staffs
• At least 10 years work experience
• Food or Beverage factory finance experience is a must
