• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle month-end financial closing and reconciliation
• Prepare the consolidated financial statement
• Liaise with external auditors and overseas operating units
• Be a key stakeholder in the order to cash implementation process, understanding the flows of sales and return transactions, their related Netsuite object creations and paths, and recognizing the accounting and GL impacts
• Participate in financial projects including workflow enhancement and system maintenance as it pertains to company operations
• Assis in tax computation and tax filing
• Assist in preparing the request information to investors
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or similar experience
• Minimum of 3 years technical development and support experience in NetSuite, including developing Workflows and Scripts
• Accounting background; including knowledge of internal controls, and how they are applied within financial applications
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
• Ability to complete a combination of short-term needs, while managing long-term projects
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
