Field Test Engineer (Telephony QA Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of predefined test procedures under live networks in a mobile or stationary GSM. CDMA, LTE and 5G environment. (field test)
• Performing radio functionality, feature, sanity, automatic and stress testing on various devices. GCF testing experience is a must.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to capture log files
• Reproduce/troubleshoot field issues.
• Must be able to follow complex test procedures in various formats.
• Document test results with accuracy and quality, to be ready for submission.
• Assist logistic work Preferred Requirements

Qualifications:

• GCF testing exp. is a must.
• Familiar w/ Qualcomm/Samsung modem
• Exp. w/ Qualcomm tools such as QXDM, QCAT, and QPST
• Fundamental knowledge of CDMA, GSM, LTE, 5G technology
• Good verbal and written communication skills. (Mandarin & English)
• Can work independently

(e.g. create test plan, schedule test, manage tasks to complete on time, etc.)

• Willing to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Working location: location may adjust to Xindian per Google’s request
• Working permit and Mandarin ability is required with foreigner
