How Will You Make an Impact?

The Sales and Service Division (SSD) of TMO is charged with selling and servicing TMO products in geographical territories worldwide. The SSD Organization serves as primary TMO contact to both potential customer and current customers alike, providing a range of value-added products and services and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing the onsite installation, servicing and repairing of complex models of systems. Investigates and proves our product’s quality and functionality, meanwhile, to ensure systems being operated properly.

Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Responsibilities And Deliverables Include

• Conduct onsite installation/retrofit/upgrade/service at multiple models of EFA (Electrical Failure Analysis) systems (Meridian/ELITE/nanoProber with SEM/AFM base)
• Well-manage at general service team admin work. (eg. Service report, UT logging etc.,)
• Meet customer satisfaction. (Customer includes TSMC, non-TSMC)
• Domestic/Oversea travels are required, often on short notice.
• Report issue and well-communicate with US tech-support team, is necessary. (eg. TA submission, phone meeting etc.,)
• Individually work on assignments and report in daily basis.
  

How will you get here?

This position is ideal for an experienced service engineer wanting to be involved with a dynamic team and exposed to a constant variety of customer application areas.

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experiences:

• Typically, require a University degree or equivalent or above.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering background is preferred.
• Preferred 2-5 years field service experience in semiconductor manufacturing/FA lab systems.
• Knowledge in vacuum systems is plus.
• Aggressive working behavior when dealing on urgent cases.
• Aggressive and open mind learning curve
• Excellent English skill at writing, listening and speaking (eg. TOEIC 750 or above)
