Job Description:

1. Notebook product management including but not limited to

i. NPI project qualification support including: schedule management, onsite issue debug, and issue management

ii. Customer relationship management

iii. Primary point of contact on customer’s technical inquires and solutions.

2. Enable/ bridge communication between HQ and customers to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction.

3. Major point of contact for technical discussions/queries from customers.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree major in Electrical Engineering

2. 2-4 years work experience in FAE/Quality role of LCD or IT industry

3. Strong sense of accountability

4. Good interpersonal skills

5. Good command of both English speaking and writing
