Job Description

• As a Technical Program Manager in the Ethernet Product Group EPG, you will own delivering Ethernet products with high quality and on schedule to your OEMs and managing strategic accountsprojects
• You plan requirements with OEM and internal Engineering teams and usher projects through the entire project life cycle
• This includes managing project schedules identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders and to the OEMs
• Job Responsibilities:
• Work with Marketing and Engineering team to respond to RFQs from OEM strategic accounts/projects and potential biz opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder groups to drive customer requirements into the product design
• Drive and execute product launch this involves tracking and managing schedules for HW SW amp FW deliverable customer and stakeholder communications
• Work with Engineering on root cause fix of customers reported issues
• Perform retrospectives in case of quality excursions or missing key deliverable
  

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience in relevant industry for 3 years
• 5 years of experience in Program and Project management
• 5 years of customer facing experience in a hightech industry
• Working knowledge in applying Program Life Cycle PLC Project management concept SW methodology eg Agile Waterfall etc
• Ability to execute in a highly crossfunctional environment
• Strategic thinking to plan analytical thinking problem solving skills along with process and Customer obsession
• Self starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity under pressure
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables
• Ability to interface with multileveled employees and/or management solid communication presentation and influencing skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working directly with MNC for program/project management
• PMP Certification
