What You Will Do In Your Role

Primary Purpose

Establish and implement product reliability strategies/processes to meet and complete the test conditions required by all customers including automotive customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collection, establishment and maintenance of reliability testing standards, norms, guidelines and manuals. Establish reliability test plan base on product requirements.

For NPI phase requirements, perform product reliability verification, environmental tests, reliability test data/statistics analysis & reporting

Lab Instrument calibration, maintaining, new equipment survey, procurement and buy-off.

Continuous improving standard Lab procedures, test methods, test techniques and capabilities.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Scope

Position for product validation and to support new product/process development. In charge of new and existing products to meet or exceed customer test expectations. Support Engineering on all projects and product management in development to solidify and practice validation activities management.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Related Discipline

Preferred

Master’s degree

Required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

5-7 years of working experience in a manufacturing quality environment.

3+ years of working experience in product reliability/validation engineering.

Preferred

Experience in flexible PCB or PCB related industry

What Will Put You Ahead

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DOE, FMEA, ISO 9000, IATF16949
• Familiar with AEC standards, JEDEC, IPC and other industry specifications
• With good skill for 5 Core Tools (APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC and PPAP) and problem solving
• Professional integrity, respect and teamwork spirit
• Strong accountability and sense of urgency. Willingness to take challenges and enthusiasm under pressure
• Good inter departmental coordination ability
• Good verbal and written skills for exchanging information in a clear and concise manner
