DescriptionWhat You Will Do In Your RolePrimary Purpose

• Be responsible for the development and FPCB design and sample build; communicate with Customer/ FAE/BDM/CFT to ensure the manufacturability of Product; Sample build and follow-up to ensure smooth transition from samples to mass production all meet customer expectation
• Handle sustaining products/ projects for Engineering Change from from intinal and customer.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate DFM for new project and communicate with customer & CFT to ensure the manufacturability of product.Establish Product Design Verification Plan& Execution to ensure product meet application demand.Fully engage the product design/ validation requests from the new product development of the NPI process

• Pay attention to the information of the testing requirement from NPI meeting regard to the product signal integration and provide vital input to the NPI team.
• Provide the PPAP document and follow up APQP /Gate system requirement and work accordingly to delivier for the product.

Lead and drive the problem solving regard to the prototype/pilot run result in NPI phase.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Handover a project/product to manufacturing team.Coordination with manufacturing team and ensuring of product manufacturing as per quality standard and achieving the cost target .Handle sustaining products/ projects for Engineering Change from from intinal and customer.ScopeWork independently to improve and optimize signal integrity performance. Also expected to work with BDM and customer to development new project and charge the validation of final signal performance.The Experience You Will BringRequirementsEDUCATION:Required

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.

Preferred

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering.

RequiredWORK EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years FPC/PCB Design experience.

Preferred

• 8 years FPC/PCB Design experience.

What Will Put You AheadRequiredSKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Design experience for PCB/FPC layout, stack up, material . Working knowledge of IPC 6013 & 610.
• Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems.
• High degree of organizational skills as juggling multiple projects and managing them to specific timelines is expected.
• Basic computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets.
• Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbally, and in group meetings.
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Knowledge of design techniques, APQP, FMEA, PPAP
• Knowledge of feasibility study.

Preferred

• Able to communicate in English in reading, writing
• Six sigma green belt and understanding MSA/DFMA/SPC
• Design experience with electromagnetic transmission lines, schematic capture,. Working knowledge of EMC/EMI tests and compliance
• A working knowledge of design and testing of high speed multi-gigabit cable.
