Responsibilities:

• Report to QA Manager (functional) and Cable, Transmission, ONW, and WTG package managers(operational) in Employer organization.
• Get familiar with and review on the pre-reading document pack prepared by QA manager prior to the mobilization including control measures or areas of attentions from the employer’s risk-assessment.
• Check production progress on site including status and quantity of material and work in progress.
• Spot check on implementation of contractor/supplier’s method statement and QC procedures, and on key manufacturing and QC documents on site.
• Perform QC (H,W, M points) at contractor/supplier promises per agreed ITP including verification and sign-off on quality records.
• Raise Q observation cards on any major issues observed on HSE or Quality for review and follow-up per “client’s Q observation cards procedure” including follow-up on relevant observation cards (by employer team members) with the contractor/supplier on site.
• Issue NCR in case of major defects found and handle the NCR per “client’s NC handling procedure” ans follow-up on NCRs including conducting RCA on major NCRs with contractor/supplier on site.
• Prepare visit reports after each visit including list of findings.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Five years of relevant project experience required.
• Good project management skills, coordination skills and a talent for driving solutions to achieve outcomes in a fast paced environment.
