This Digital Transformation Strategist position is responsible for HR-related digital transformation program planning, designing, managing, and evaluating.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, planning, cross-team collaborating, and project management abilities.

This position will be arranged under CSO/CEO office.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 1 year+ of Program Management and/or Strategic Program Planning experience
• 1 year+ of HR-related work experience
• Strong communication skill; able to present complex ideas effectively
• Balanced union of strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, and time management skills
• Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• MBR, or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience with HR services.
• Experience in technology projects involving the implementation of HR systems, HR data analysis and aggregation.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects, using multiple technologies in a cohesive way; experience with digitization, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning is also a plus
