【Responsibility】

1.Plan and manage multinational digital marketing campaigns, applying tools including Google Ads/Google Analytics, Linkedin Campaign management, etc.

2.Analyze data and performance of campaigns, detailed optimization to reaching the eCommerce team’s OKRs.

3.Co-work with sales managers, account managers, product managers, marketers, engineers, and on various optimization related projects.

4.Adjust and improve the effectiveness of business projects with backups from data metrics or experiments. Improve overall performance of the eCommerce platform (WISE-Marketplace : https://wise-paas.advantech.com/en-us/marketplace ).

5.Provide historical data and estimation of performance for the business development teams, and solution teams from time to time. Make sure the digital marketing strategies and actions in line with the big picture strategy.

1. Quick learner who loves to pick up new tools/software for reporting and analysis.

2. Organized, detail oriented and highly focused.

3. Cool under pressure and able to concentrate in the middle of any chaos.

4. Creative problem solver, self-motivated and self-driven.

5. Logical thinker with solid stat. background.

6. A good team player – can work with sales team, account team and campaign team to strategize and optimize campaigns for performance.
