Language proficiency required: Both local and English fluently

Duration of project/task: 1 year renewable

Services Required – Description (SOW) This is a hand and feet support.

• Must be very familiar with how to read a PDF diagram, and cable/connect devices as described

• Must be very familiar with how to install physical servers and rails in a 4-post rack without direction

• Must be very familiar with how to rack/unrack Cisco routers without direction

• Must be very familiar with how to identify these Cisco transceivers based on these part numbers: SFP-10G-LR, SFP-10G-SR, GLC-LH-SMD, GLC-SX-SMD, SFP-H10GB-CU3M

• Must be very familiar with how to locate serial numbers on Cisco switches/routers, and Cisco UCS servers without direction

• Must be very familiar with how to remove, and install network cards in servers without direction

• Must be very familiar with how to connect single mode or multimode fibre from network equipment to fibre distribution panels and/or telco equipment without direction

• Must be very familiar with how to identify delivered circuit connections from various telco providers without direction

• Must be very familiar with how to cable and neatly dress a wiring closet without direction

• Must be fluent with basic show commands on a Cisco switch to determine the mac address of a device connected to a specific port, then use that mac address to determine the device’s IP address from the ARP table without direction

• Networking experience in setting up an IP on his laptop.

• In addition, below is a standard list of expectations for any onsite deployment work.

• Engineer will receive a TEAMS invite to his email address. That will be their method to connect to the bridge on your laptop.

• They will need to INSTALL the Teams application and use that to connect to the bridge and not the Web-based version.

• Important Note: As the engineer will be coordinating the activity with the remote teams from the US and India it is expected and required that the engineer can speak English.

Any special requirements/terms: Never use any personal email address to communicate with clients.
