Deputy HSE Manager

Location:Taipei, Taiwan.

Knowledge & Skills

• HSE experience in OWF relevant industry is preferred.
• Excellent English/Chinese communication skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to communicate your messages smoothly and efficiently to stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
• Very experienced with MS Office products
• Have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks, recognizing the importance of deadlines.
  

Job Description

• Monitor Taiwanese OWF HSE guideline and legislation development and provide Taiwan HSE authority advices in accordance with consulting from our German/Europe HSE team, communicate changes and ensure implementation in our internal HSE Management Systems.
• Assist to maintain the internal HSE Management System in accordance with local HSE law requirements.
• Be the contact window of the local authorities, Engage in dialogue with HSE authorities and other parties such as CGA, ECCT, NFA, OCA etc. on relevant HSE matters including participating in groups and forums.
• Assist to maintain and coordinate the HSE requirements (including waste disposal, fire prevention, earthquake and typhoon emergency response plans etc.) for the OWF service base in Budai harbor.
• Accompany HSE team members on site and vessel visits, HSE inspections and meetings.
