Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

• Lead science team to achieve annual KPI on sales excellence and risk management projects
• Partnering with cross functional team(claim/underwriting/actuarial/sales management) to define, build and implement relevant analytics solutions to increase corporate revenue
• Collaborate with external vendors to explore health analytics opportunities, and explore innovated data solutions to support business growth
• Design and implement auto machine learning operation environment(MLOps) to manage model life-cycle and enhance analytics efficiency
• Deep dive customer insights on customer retention to enhance customer engagement and policy persistency
• Collaborate with sales team to develop customer/prospect 360 data mart/dashboards and identify actions to fulfill pain points

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

• Total 10 year+ working experience, 6+ years of experience in data and analytics function
• 7 years+ Python/SAS coding or other programming expertise (R, SQL, VB) is must
• Hands-on AI solution development and deployment experience and knowledge
• Strong data analytics capability & project management and execution experience, including (but not limit to) risk scoring, prediction modeling and segmentation
• Fluent verbal and written executive communication and presentation skills both in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of the insurance/bank industry and products is plus
• Willing to take challenges, self-sufficient, intellectually curious and result driven

Education and Other Requirements:

Master degree+ in MIS, Statistics, Computer science, Mathematics, Business Management, Marketing or related field
