As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g. basic technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction for Motion Business Area in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Reporting to the Manager – Sales, you will coordinate resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
Your responsibilities
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
- Monitoring the status of orders
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams
- Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information and support penetration activities
- 2+ years knowledge customer support
- Experience in logistical activities/business process.
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (SAP/MS office. etc.)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluency in English both oral and written
