• Own corporate level strategic sourcing and strategic commodity supplier development and management.
• Develops, directs, and influences the corporate sourcing strategies that deliver significant value in cost and quality.
• Ensure multi-functional alignment with engineering team and BUs to develop sourcing strategies andaligned roadmaps including strategy suppliers by commodities and health supplier base and supply resiliency.
• Lead team tobuild up supplier relationships and conduct business reviews that improve suppliers value, performance.
• Deliver a supplier riskmanagement system, BOM risk reduction solutions, materials risk mitigation strategies and maintaining data integrity to ensuresupply resiliency.

【加分條件】

• BS in Business, Supply Chain Management
• 5+ years’ experience in global commodity management and proven track record
• Deep understanding of mechanical technology, manufacturing process, cost driver
• Ability to be innovative in management and solution
• Strong analytical skills such as cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills in supplier management and contract negotiation
• High degree of integrity, initiative.
