ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our team in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

To conduct field work, EHS consulting and IAP services for renewable energy projects, especially for offshore wind and solar power development, and EHS consulting projects.

• Conduct filed work IAP/EP IV projects and EHS projects.
• Assist in data interpretation and preparation of site workplans, spreadsheets, figures using GIS, and technical reports.
• Focus on team project delivery, taking direction primarily from Project Managers.
• Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all national and local regulations.
• Communicate with project team members, subcontractors, regulators, where needed, and clients during field activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors in environmental engineering, H&S, impact assessment, geology, hydrogeology, or related discipline; Master is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience, including willingness/interest in field assignments, EHS consulting and IAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to succeed in a consulting pace, handling multiple project assignments, and maintaining flexibility, while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong Chinese/English writing and speaking ability.
