The selected incumbent will be a pioneer member of our Community team in Zhubei supporting the opening and management of our new centre.

For this role, you will:

  • In-charged of the daily operations of the centre and ensures that the centre is operational
  • Manages the P&L of the centre and prepares monthly centre related reports
  • In-charged of the development and growth of the community team based at the centre
  • In-charged of member’s check-ins and check-outs, and ensures member-related queries and issues are managed well to ensure satisfaction level of our members are high
  • Lead VIP visits or tours around the centre
  • Maintains good relationship with building management and vendors

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality with strong operations and management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Result and client oriented with multi-­tasking capabilities
  • Client focused with the desire to work within a service industry
  • Degree qualified is highly desirable
  • Experience in co-working environment or serviced office or related industry an advantage
