Job Description

I explore different business models aligned with our sustainability goal set up at a united level.

I make a market analysis to define the potentiality of the SD business models in the local context.

1 Business Model = 1 Commercial policy = 1P&L profitable in 2 years

I write and animate a 2 years project in order to reach our united level target of SD turn-over as part total national turn-over

I establish strategic alliances in the market to promote my new business models.

I am responsible to write the process for each business models from proof of concept to duplication

I animate as a functional leader the store leaders to help them choose their best strategies locally to boost their SD turn-over.

I am connected to the united network to share and catch the best practices from the international context.

I create and mobilize a passionate community that has a culture of practice sharing with the mindset of duplication and learning from mistakes.

I create or implement from a united level the tools needed to operate each business model.

I work with the communication team to promote and boost the SD turn-over at national level.

I train and accompany the local teams on the implementation and duplication of the new practices and encourage them to find local initiatives.

Main strategies

Selling of repaired products online and offline damaged inside of our stores or coming from the return actions of our user.

Actions

Define the duplication selling model inside of each store based on the size and local strategy

Co-work with the communication team the material needed for the implementation

Create/duplicate the monitoring tools and the implementation tools needed for duplication

Animate the generated TO at national level with the support of the store leaders

In collaboration with the workshop team revise the return policy

Monitor the defective rate of the items in the country

KPI: Defective rate, 2LIFE TO2hand Market

Facilitating the selling of products in a CtoC format in return of a handling fee and using as a means of payment for the seller decathlon vouchers.(consignment)

Define the tool box for the organization of the event in the 2 key moments of the year

Recommend to the stores the size and type of investment for the implementation of the the Trocathlon

Implement the tools for stock management and sale process online and offline

Outsource national suppliers and partners for the needs of the event

Train the onsite teams on the process and implementation

Establish the calendar and the communication package with the commercial teams for the implementation

KPI: Transformation rate, 2hand Market TOREPAIR

Provide repair solutions on site and off site for all the products defined as repairable in our range.

Actions

Define the offer of services and spare parts that we have to provide in Taiwan in order to ensure 100% reparability

Co-work with the communication team the material needed for the promotion of our services

Identify the strategic partners in the market that can support us in our offer extension with services on site and of site

Animate the generated TO at national level with the support of the store leaders

Explore the digital solutions that can provide to our users the capability to repair by themselves

Build and animate the remote service center (DTS)

In collaboration with the workshop team revise the return policy

Establish the needed range of services that can be done regularly to increase the lifetime of our sport items for a more sustainable sport practice

Actions:

Define the frequency recommendation of the maintenance service for our user

Work together with the commercial team of each sport(NSL) on advice to better use the items for a longer sport practice

Provide digital online solutions and advices for customers to maintain their own equipment

Define the offer range of maintenance services

Deploy the guarantee policy of the items under reparability

Launch partnerships and alliances to provide the bes service at any place and any time

Propose personalization solution for the products in order to enhance the sport experience of our customers

Define the range of machines and trainings to be implemented in the country

Do the market research to determine the price positioning

Create partnership and alliances to offer the best user experience

Explore innovative customization services that can make us unique on the market

Propose to our B2B customers fast and cheap solutions for corporate events

Based on the international development I explore and validate for the local deployment of new business models in order to ensure the growth of the sustainable turn over rate.

I decide if this business models are applicable to the context of Taiwan based on a market study and by formalizing their potential in a commercial project.
