◆ To successfully set and achieve the strategic account plan

◆ To set budgets on a global & local level

◆ Profit maximization

◆ Identify new product opportunities within the customer. (Manage power charts, build relations, encourage positive customer behaviors.)

◆ Be an ambassador for CCL with the targeted customers, establishing a unique position by differentiating our corporate value to the customer, Building up the consistent/firmed relationship with selected customers.

◆ Leverage CCL global footprint in respect of manufacturing facilities and design capability, optimizing the leverage between the customers’ satisfactions & the company’s resources, to maximize the business/sales.

◆ Be responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Sales Platform. Ensure account and regional teams are fully compliant to the requirements. Tracing with the customers for Wallet/new projects /ordering,

◆ Define customer specific market requirements by accessing customer business strategy and direction.

◆ Drive the development of appropriate new products and materials. Ensure that the R&D activities are appropriate, prioritized and deliver on time and promoting new products/services/solutions to the customers.

◆ Linking all internal/external resources to provide the overall solution/service to the customers.

◆ Facilitating the success rate of RFQ & sampling to increasing the sales.

◆ The customer’s forecast gathering/inputting /monitoring / reviewing /updating
