Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

-Support day-to-day operations in ERP system, including user management, security controls, approvals, and intercompany transaction processing.
-Create and manage reports in conjunction with data analysts to deliver strategic or operational insight to stakeholders.
-Use application APIs to create integrations with internal and external systems, both Cloud hosted and on-premises.
-Develop enhancements to ERP application to support business requirements
-Manage outsourced suppliers and contractors where required
-Work with internal stakeholders to deliver company goals
-Work with Infrastructure team to maintain and enhance application server functionality
-Provide international support as part of a global IT function

Qualifications and Experience:

-Relevant computer science and information management degree or minimum of 8-10 years in a similar role.
-Manufacturing sector experience, ideally high-tech manufacturing
-ERP experience, supporting production functions – BOM, Work Orders, Outsourcing, Costing etc.
-API / application integration experience.
-Strong relational database coding skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

-Fluent English ability
-Relational database query languages – SQL, SAP HANA, Oracle
-ERP application support
-Familiar with version control tools such as Git or similar
