Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prospect and nurture customers and technology partners for Supermicro data center business

• Collaborate with sales team to discover opportunities and acquire new customers

Manage ISV and technology partner relationships

• Work closely with cross-functional engineering/business development/operation/marketing and FAE teams to ensure the products meet the expectation of external clients.

• Represent Supermicro in Industry Forums and at major trade shows and conferences to engage partners and customers.

• Build strong relationships and establish credibility with customers up to executive level

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to represent voice of the customer and field in planning by leveraging comprehensive account management experience.

• Analyze complex business needs presented by the customer and recommend solutions that meet customers expectation

• Support sales and technical team with RFP/RFI response.

• Author and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, briefs, and white papers.

• Maintain knowledgeable of new technology and industry trends by continuous research and self-learning, and must self-motivated to do so.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in science, engineering, or business major.

• 7+ years of business operation/development, product marketing experiences.

• Previous experience in enterprise scale complex strategic sales.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at same time, any formal project management experience is an advantage.
