Bjak, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Taiwan. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business in the region. Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Taiwan
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and new market opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance our offerings and meet customer requirements
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote Bjak’s products and services and build valuable business connections
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the Information Technology and Services industry
• Strong understanding of the Taiwanese market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
