Business Development Manager/Director of DeepQ

We are seeking for an experienced result-oriented BD to develop and manage the growth within DeepQ ((https://en.deepq.ai/). DeepQ is one of HTC BUs and aim for developing advanced artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies to promote medical progress.

This is considered an important role with a vital impact on the long term revenue potential of DeepQ. Your role is to develop and manage established and new accounts for hospitals and potential clients. Your experience in managing key hospital accounts will be key to the representation of DeepQ as a provider of AI Platform for all healthcare professionals with guaranteed reach and engagement.

A successful candidate in this role must drive for results and bring a balance to long- and short-term priorities. The person must be able to work in a collaborative environment, be a self-starter and feel comfortable in an ambiguous, constantly evolving, fast-moving environment of shared accountability.

In the meantime, this role will be accountable for

Responsibility:

1. Develops new business by identifying prospects and initiating contact for new healthcare business.

2. Lead the acquisition of new healthcare/hospital customers.

3. Conduct onsite visits or meetings with prospective clients to explain DeepQ’s product and assists clients in evaluating their needs.

4. Develops and delivers customized client proposals, demonstrations and presentations.

5. Completes contract negotiations and secures commitment to long term relationship.

6. Establishes and maintains a network of key people in the industry and community.

Basic Qualifications:

l A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales or BD (healthcare industry)

l Ability to connect with C-suite and key influencers in hospitals

l The operational agility and the hunger necessary to close deals independently

l Well-developed sales and new business development skills

l Entrepreneurship to operate in a start-up environment

l Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
