1. 提升AO人員專業能力及各項業務技巧之專案規劃。
2. AO人員推動業務之專案規劃，包含問題診斷分析、建議作法與專案執行。
3. 評估AO人員業務方向及能力，進行人力及業務配置規劃。
4. 協調前台與中後台的溝通與資源、規劃及調整業務促進及輔助措施。

  2. 經歷：3年金融相關工作資歷，具通路服務、專案企劃及執行經驗者尤佳。
  3. 熟悉理財、個人貸款、企金貸款業務
