CyberLink’s FaceMe® is an AI-based facial recognition SDK, which provides highly accurate, secured and cross-platform support for IoT/AIoT developers and system integrators to deploy facial recognition in a wide range of scenarios. Additionally, CyberLink also provides ready-to-use software solutions addressing security and health measurement solutions for buildings, as well as eKYC solutions for banking and insurance industries.

The role of Assistant Marketing Manager will lead a team of 3 to 4 members, and report directly to HQ Marketing Director. The role is responsible for overseeing and planning for marketing activities (including content marketing, digital marketing, press relation and event marketing) for Taiwan and APAC region, also work as a central hub to support global operations for US, Japan and Korea business units.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to following:

  • Responsible for overall FaceMe marketing strategy, GTM plan execution and marketing communication across channels.
  • Structure positioning per solution by understanding CyberLink’s unique technology and features and translate them into benefit-led communication
  • Lead integration marketing team to manage omni-channel communication including ATL, BTL, digital, social, content, event and PR.
  • Support global business development and digital advertising by generating qualified sales leads through marketing campaigns and user education program.
  • Lead team for product demonstrations, sales pitches, and public presentations.
  • Work cross-functionally and mobilize internal resources to ensure key project goals, milestones and KPI are set and achieved.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years working experience with at least eight years in ICT marketing including three years in regional or global product marketing function.
  • 3+ years in direct people management position with leadership and teamwork spirit.
  • Rich experienced in digital marketing, content marketing and member marketing.
  • Experienced in B2B sales or business development function.
  • Strong presentation and analytic skills are essential while balanced with creative mind and innovation capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen with self-motivation and results-oriented mindset.
  • Must be fluent in English/Chinese speaking, reading and writing
  • Bachelor’s degree is essential and master degree in business related field is preferred.
