2、產能評估，資源最佳化，持續改善生產效率，協助生產線解決問題

3、制訂標準工時，人員定額，作為廠區效率改善，成本評估之依據

4、規劃工廠佈置，最佳化物流，增加空間利用率，最佳化動線

5、製造成本分析，降低報廢成本與製造成本

6、自動化設備電控系統規劃、導入產線評估

7、維護保養現有生產設備、系統異常緊急處理

8、統籌內外部資源，確保持續達成工程各項KPI指標

- Coordinating and designing the work objectives of the engineering department households, simulating work plans and strategies.

- Product capability evaluation, resource optimization, continuous improvement of production efficiency, and cooperation with the production line to solve problems.

- Ordering standard working hours and personnel quotas are used as the basis for improving the efficiency of the factory area and cost evaluation.

- Plan factory layout, optimize chemical material flow, increase space utilization, and optimize chemical flow.

- Manufacturing cost analysis, reducing scrap cost and manufacturing cost.

- Planning of electrical control system for automation equipment, evaluation of imported product lines.

- Maintenance and maintenance of existing production equipment and emergency handling of system abnormalities.

- Statistics of internal and external resources to ensure the continuous achievement of various KPI indicators of the project.
