Our seasoned leadership and dedicated global team of more than 2,500 is focused on shaping an exciting future for ZimVie — we hope you’ll consider being a part of it!Job SummaryThe incumbent is responsible for proactively managing the Operations KPI, 3PL service provider and demand/supply for Spine business. This includes providing forecast to regional planner, purchasing to source, achieving inventory target, and associated analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is capable of ensuring efficient sales supply and is the key liaison and integration point for intercompany Vendors, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs and Operations team.Job Responsibilities:-

• Develop effective process and create best practice in forecast generation and demand management, inventory management, supplier management and sales order management.
• Liaise with 3PL service provider to ensure effective inbound and outbound deliveries
• Work closely with sales and marketing team on new product launch plan, market trend, product conversion and phase out
• Work closely with RA department to ensure all products to be imported has proper registration approval, licence info is up-to-date and loaded in our ERP and source vendor’s checking system (such as GTS) to facilitate smooth shipment release from supplying parties and local custom clearance.
• Run monthly local demand review meeting with other functions, getting consensus for 24 months’ rolling sales forecast and ensuring alignment between sales forecast and budget.
• Facilitate the monthly Demand Review with regional demand planning team and ensure efficiently communicate major business changes/challenges, market demand and support needed in meetings and as needed.
• In times of supply constraints, communicate prioirities of back order items to expedite product release
• Work with sales and marketing teams to determine the inventory/safety stock levels, consignment and sales office stock requirements
• Achieve company’s KPI for operations: Forecast accuracy, DOH and E&O targets, control distribution cost within budget.

Job Requirements:-

• College or University degree in Supply Chain Management or related
• Minimum of 5 years of supply and demand planning experience in medical device or similar industry
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written
• In-depth knowledge in supply and demand planning process, understanding the full ordering process from supplier to customers
• Strong learning ability to know product portfolio, obtain planning required product knowledge, sales history and its position
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, confident and a great team player
• Result-driven, with high business ethics and values
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent team building and project management skills
• Proficient in ERP system such as Oracle PTP/OTC module, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
