Job Description

Role Proficiency:

Execute the manual test cases with accuracy using basic automation scripting and perform defect triaging and failure isolation with supervision

Outcomes

• Executes manual validation
• Perform defect triaging
• Complete the test grid and locate/ execute ’out of box’ scenarios
• Perform issue replication regression and isolation
• Locate the product failures and report it in test repository and bug tracker
• Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account

Additional Comments

Job Description:

• Calibrate and repair boards, systems and machinery
• Create and run quality tests based on appropriate protocols, keep activity logs and perform troubleshooting
• Issue reproduction and solution verification.
• Test environment setup and maintenance, prepare test equipment and electrical systems to ensure appropriate functionality
• Use diagnostic hardware and software to perform validation procedures, including margin test, battery life and performance test.
• Report on validation progress and findings to management and stakeholders Qualifications
• Basic English communications
• PC/Laptop HW/FW/SW/Image config. setup and functions validation experience
• Basic comprehensive experience with electrical systems and circuits
• Teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and technicians on projects
