In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the sales organization, processing customer orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a thorough understanding of company products, functions, marketing, and service policies and procedures.How you will achieve this:- Project Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement projects that support the sales organization, including assisting the sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation, give price quotations, complete order sheets, and check the price and quantity of each item listed. Distribute order sheets to respective departments.
- Customer Service: Process orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information. Coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders.
- CRM Maintenance: Prepare the distribution of accounts to Sales Representatives and update the automated tracking system, such as CRM.
- Sales Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to support sales forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless coordination of sales operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experienced professional with a full understanding of area in sales operations or customer service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
