JobMissionSupport Public Relations Managers - Fashion for the duties of the Communications function for Fashion division to achieve annual goal setting, targets and objectivesKey Responsibilities

• Provie support to Public Relations Manager for the duties of the communications functions for Fashion division.
• Maintain rapport relationship with the press and achieve publicity / exposure targets and objectives
• Execute the PR plan and monitor spending (vs budget) of Fashiom
• Press relations
• Develop close relationships with all relevant press in Taiwan.
• Event Organizations:
• Work with PR manager on overall execution and coherence with communications plan
• coordinate with Chanel Regional/Global team regarding press tools order
• support local event team for events execution
• To respond to all press requests, including photo shootings, etc.
• To be responsible for monthly clipping, PR related reports and exposure analysis
• Influencers relations
• Support PR Manger to develop KOL strategy in line with communications objectives
• Support PR Manger to build influencers relationship
  

Person Specifications

• University graduates or above
• Min. 4 years of solid communications/PR experience in a communications environment. With working experience in Fashion industry will be a plus. Good writing/editing will be a plus
• Strong analytical and innovative strategic thinker, with passion for the brand and an energy and enthusiasm to work with stakeholders to address the needs of the business holistically

• Curiosity and agility (personal flexibility, continuous learner) and emotional grounded
• Actively foster collaboration across teams as well as with regional and global teams while ensuring constructive challenge and debate for the greater good of the House, instead of achieving weak consensus that satisfies no one
• Sense of aesthetic (appreciation for art, beauty, luxury)
• Good command of English and Chinese
