• Assist the Team Lead with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
• Assist with the development and implementation of training and development programs
• Maintain accurate HR records and files
• Ad-hoc job assignments during campaigns and events

???? About you

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3 years’ relevant experience in HR operations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and regulations.
• Good command of English and Chinese, efficient communication skills and understanding on how to manage stakeholders
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Accurate, diligent and attentive to details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
