  • Customer management and communication, figure out necessities and analysis requirements from customers and providing solutions
  • Assist sales team to handle order management and the related processes
  • Manage customer service team, service quality, cultivate and coach members with professional knowledge and expertise
  • Assist service staff at front line to handle events and event reporting
  • Cross functions communication and coordination, able to well handle customer complaint, manage crisis properly and own strong integrating ability
  • Manage customer satisfaction letters and responding to emails from consumers including company website
  • Coordinator for local key complaint, PV reporting, and connection to global complaint management system and response to global complaint response.
  • Local tel-system owner and key contact to system service provider
  • CS team overall KPI Owner and keep maintain the best-in-class service level.
  • Responsible for Solta / Pharma order and VC quarterly rebate order entry.
  • U pload VC p roduct inventory to Sales Portal platform.
  • Responsible for batch order transfer to AS400 system.
  • Internal Control : special working process control, e.x. Price Exception Report, Large order approval processing (amount over $100,000) and other abnormal event monitor.
