What We Offer

Major tasks:

• Cooperate with R&D researchers to generate the technical data and servies for materials promotions including customer feedback tracking.
• Establishes the knowledge and know-how in extrusion filed, and defines technical standards to enable best practices in all technical areas in collaboration with INN technical lab aligning to technical parameters in customers side.
• Assists R&D researchers to find out the RcA of customers complaint, but also hand-over of his/her specific technical work package to lab relevant colleagues (QC) for following quality tracking.
• Fosters experience exchange and promotes knowledge transfer between sites within the region and across other regions.
• To provide technical training to customers about material, processing and design guideline.
• Detail engineering for one specific discipline or technical work-package from design to hand-over.
• Knowledge of common laboratory procedures and skill and mechanical aptitude in handling laboratory equipment as well as modifying/adapting laboratory equipment for specific development programs.
• Works with Business Development and Sales to provide technical solutions to customer and evaluate business opportunities.

• Independently execute all project related tasks as project lead, including but not limited to: meetings and events management, data analysis & reporting, project plan and scope management..to ensure quality results.
• Support business development with sales team in several countries of APAC, such as Taiwan, China and Vietnam including Japan.
• Design and efficiently provide the synthesis of innovative chemistry to allow the development of technical routes for production.
• Establish network of lab technical discussion with expert locating in DOR and DCP.
• Capable person who is easy to catch up machinery more in detail acting as an expert or consultant for specific test.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or material science with excellent working experience in plastics.
• Good technical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of classical and modern synthetic methods, modern tools in chemical research.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and follow safe work practices (e.g. with chemicals, and machinery parts).
• Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in plastic field and well skill of machine operation more preferred.
• Good presentation skills, in written and spoken English.
